  • Product material

  2. Surface treatment materials: In order to improve the surface properties of bucket pins, some surface treatment materials will be used.   • Production process

  1. Raw material preparation: Purchase high-quality steel that meets the standards, with quality certification documents attached to ensure that the chemical composition and mechanical properties meet the standards. Use sawing machines and other equipment to cut the steel into suitable billet sizes, reserve margins for subsequent processing, and conduct material inspections, such as spectral analysis and hardness testing.

  2. Rough processing: Use a lathe to rough-turn the forged blank to process the basic shapes such as the outer circle and end face, remove most of the margins, and leave a processing margin of 0.5mm-1mm for subsequent fine processing.

  3. Fine processing: Use high-precision lathes and grinders for fine turning and grinding to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the bucket pin. The outer circle size tolerance can be controlled within ±0.01mm, and the surface roughness reaches Ra0.8-Ra1.6μm.   2. Blackening or phosphating: Choose blackening or phosphating treatment according to needs, blackening treatment in alkaline oxidizing solution, or phosphating treatment in phosphating solution to form an anti-rust protective film.
